26. What if I left?

    Sometimes I wonder how it would all feel, what if I really left Spain to live the American dream or just to live abroad for a time. My last day would probably be very special: I would meet with all my friends and family, we would have a big goodbye party. I would eat my grandmother's food for the last time in a very long time and, finally, I would close the suitcase and go to sleep.

    I would love to live abroad for a time because it could provide me with so many good things: I would get to see the world, learn about new cultures, improve a language or even learn a new one. There are just too many possibilities. On the other hand, leaving scares me so much; What if a loved one died while I was abroad?  What if my friends and family forgot about me?

    Right now I don't know what I will do but I am sure that whatever I do I will try to enjoy it as much as I can.
