14. Marriage

Marriage

The legally or formally recognized union of two people as partners in a personal relationship.

    When thinking about marriage, the first thing that comes to my mind is the lasting relationship, that later would lead to forming a family and, finally, to dedicate one's life to love their significant other. But the truth is that there is a wide range of marriages that don't necessarily follow the traditional path. For some people marriage is only a transaction, a legal document to sign; but for many others, such as me, it is so much more than that. It is a promise, the strongest one to ever exist, the one where you swear to the other one that you will love them, respect them and care for them. For this reason, I think there is no right age to get married, I certainly want to be married when I have a certain age, but it doesn't really matter, as long as you do it for a good reason and, in my opinion, the best one would be love.
