41. My grandma's food

    I am sure that if you ask anyone what their favourite food is, each and every person will give a different answer, but if you ask the same people who makes that dish best, the most common answer will be: "My grandma". And it is only logical, they have had years to perfect their cooking abilities; but most importantly, they cook with the heart.

    Personally, I don't have a favourite food, I just prefer whatever my grandma cooks. If that day there's potato omelette, then that's my favourite food; if that day there's lasagna, then that's my favourite food. It is not the food but the person who makes it.

    I feel like the reasoning for all this is that I have an extreme fear of not being able to see my grandma ever again, I love her with all my heart and I would just be devastated, so I appreciate her every day and give thanks for the gift she is in my life.

    All in all, my grandma is like my best friend, we don't need to tell each other everything, but we understand each other perfectly, that's why I love her.
