37. What would happen if I left part III

    I still remember my first day in the United States, when I wandered the streets of this now not so alien city. This first day I met Mark, Amanda and Stacy in a bar. Stacy and Mark were dating at the moment but they split up soon after. I also saw parts of the city that I now like to think of as my own: Like that bench in the park in front of the university where I used to sit and read, that table in the coffee shop that was always empty for us and that gazebo near the station where Mark and I kissed for the first time. Mark and I are together and have been for the past 3 years. Since I came to the United States my life has changed drastically: I made new friends and I preserve some of my old friends; I have a new family, but still love and visit my family from Spain. The best part? Mark and I are soon to be Mr and Mrs Jones!! I am so happy that I wish that the lonely me from 3 years ago could see the adventures that she is going to live, the photos and moments she is going to gather and love she is going to experience. A love so intense I cannot describe it with words. This is my life and my adventure and If I could live it again, I would without changing a thing.
