Practice 16: My first outline
Today we learned about outlines and having corrected an outline and created another from a text, today we were asked to create one of our own, only using the ideas of practice 3.
An outline is like a scheme to show how the ideas of an essay work together; to do that, it is necessary to number them:
- Roman numerals (I, II, III...) for the main ideas
- Capital roman letters (A, B, C...) for more information
- Arabic numbers (1, 2, 3...) for details
